Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your subject-matter expertise to realistic training data, evaluations, and feedback. This remote contract role focuses on shaping how AI models learn, reason, and perform, with no previous AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Review, critique, and create examples of AI model outputs across varied domains.
- Evaluate, improve, and annotate datasets in collaboration with remote subject-matter experts.
- Provide clear written feedback and rationales that support project learning objectives.
- Create and refine prompts, questions, and tasks that test and extend AI reasoning.
- Support ongoing testing of AI performance in realistic scenarios.
- Document findings, communicate progress with project stakeholders, and maintain accurate, engaging, high-quality deliverables.
- Expertise in a specialized field, such as science, education, law, engineering, or writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and close attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver thoughtful, nuanced feedback and suggestions.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, project-based setting while collaborating effectively with others.
- Ability to learn project guidelines quickly and adapt deliverables as requirements change.
- Interest in the development and ethical use of artificial intelligence.
- Experience in data annotation, prompt engineering, teaching, research, or technical writing is beneficial.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $100 to $180 per hour.
