About this role

Help evaluate how AI systems respond to practical questions of German law. In this remote, hourly role, you will apply your corporate and M&A expertise to compare AI-generated legal responses using a consistent evaluation framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run an identical set of prompts through two AI language-model platforms.
  • Review and compare the two responses side by side.
  • Assess each response using the provided standardized rubric.
  • Provide concise written feedback for every evaluation.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of primarily law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice, with 3 or more years preferred.
  • If currently working in-house, you must have moved in-house within the past 2 years and have prior law-firm experience.
  • Qualified to practise law in Germany, with strong knowledge of German corporate and commercial law.
  • Native or fluent German language skills and precise written communication.
  • Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.
Work Terms
  • Remote role based in Germany.
  • Hourly independent contractor engagement.
  • Initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with potential for additional work.
  • All work is subject to a nondisclosure agreement.
Compensation

140 to 150 per hour.
