About this role
Role Overview
Apply your enterprise workflow expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. You will create practical, real-world inputs that shape how AI models learn, reason, use tools, and support business productivity. Prior AI experience is not required, your professional domain expertise is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve AI model capabilities in real-world business scenarios.
- Design, run, and refine agentic workflows that reflect critical professional processes and generate actionable insights for model improvement.
- Identify reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use issues in AI agent outputs, then provide detailed, constructive feedback.
- Create examples, test cases, and operational playbooks based on your professional expertise and day-to-day workflows.
- Work with research and product stakeholders to communicate nuanced domain feedback that informs AI model development.
- Document workflow outcomes and contribute to best-practice libraries for AI agent adoption and enablement.
Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in sales, growth product management, project management, finance, or a similar field where AI agents are regularly used in workflows.
- Experience connecting data sources, configuring permissions and authentication, and integrating AI agents with productivity tools and business systems.
- Hands-on workflow-building experience, including designing, implementing, and operating multi-tool agentic workflows rather than solely using them as an end user.
- Experience using tools or integrations such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Strong analytical ability to identify AI performance gaps and develop creative solutions grounded in business needs.
- Ability to explain complex process requirements and improvement strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in advancing AI adoption and enablement in dynamic business environments.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $80 to $150 per hour.
