Role Overview
Coordinate finance-focused training data operations that support the development of advanced generative AI models. You will bring structure to finance evaluation work, align rater teams with program priorities, and help maintain accurate, consistent, high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day work between finance-domain raters and the broader training-data program, addressing execution gaps and keeping deliverables on schedule.
- Create and maintain task-tracking, escalation, and quality-control workflows for finance evaluation tasks.
- Assess rater throughput and quality signals for finance tasks, then provide clear written status updates and feedback.
- Address finance-specific rater questions and escalate ambiguous cases to subject matter experts.
- Partner with subject matter experts and program leads to maintain consistency and accuracy across finance training data.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in finance or finance operations, including experience coordinating cross-functional teams or projects.
- Experience managing or coordinating contributors or reviewers, such as raters or analysts, against deadlines and quality standards.
- Demonstrated career progression, such as Analyst to Senior Analyst to Program or Project Coordinator.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Work Terms
- United States based, hourly W-2 employment.
- Placement on an AI lab team as part of its extended workforce.
- Reliable weekday availability of at least 35 hours per week is required.
Compensation
- $40 to $60 per hour.
