Role Overview
Apply healthcare expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world clinical and operational input. This remote contract role focuses on improving how AI systems learn, reason, and perform in healthcare contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data, providing expert feedback.
- Use experience in medical practice, clinical research, or healthcare administration to improve AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Analyze and audit virtual hospital operations, patient documentation, and workflow scenarios.
- Develop and critique case studies, healthcare simulations, and medical decision-making content.
- Collaborate with a global remote team to deliver accurate, relevant healthcare insights.
- Document findings, recommendations, and project insights clearly and precisely.
- Communicate regularly with project leads and technical teams to maintain alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree, such as MD, RN, or equivalent, in medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration.
- At least 5 to 10+ years of clinical practice, hospital administration, or related healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical treatment protocols, clinical research, healthcare data analysis, or hospital operational audits.
- Strong experience or capability in case-study development, healthcare simulation, medical decision-making, project documentation, or digital health.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to error-free work.
- Comfort collaborating in a diverse, global remote-team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Clinical Director, Senior Registered Nurse, or Healthcare Administrator in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Prior involvement in healthcare simulations, digital health projects, or clinical data analysis.
- Based in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, or Latin America.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- Minimum commitment of 10+ hours per week.
Compensation
- $40 to $65 per hour.
