Apply semiconductor and microelectronics expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world technical analysis, explanations, and feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze semiconductor device physics, operating principles, and recent technology advances.
- Evaluate microfabrication methods, including process integration and yield optimization.
- Provide technical assessments of device scaling, performance modeling, and reliability methodologies.
- Review and critique materials used in electronic and semiconductor device fabrication.
- Create detailed written explanations and verbal clarifications of complex engineering concepts for AI training work.
- Deliver structured feedback that supports technical accuracy and completeness of project data.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and other subject-matter experts.
- Advanced degree, such as a Master''s or PhD, in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication processes, and microelectronics engineering.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and reliability testing.
- Hands-on experience with modern microfabrication and process-integration techniques.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with technical publications, patents, or collaborative R&D projects is preferred.
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
- Work is completed on a task basis, and the time required may vary by experience and workflow.
- Minimum task-submission requirements apply each week.
- Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. Selected candidates should be ready to begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.
- Advertised pay range: $66 to $130 per hour.
- Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications.
