Role Overview
Apply your supply chain expertise to help train next generation AI systems through accurate, real world analysis, scenarios, and feedback. This remote contract role focuses on translating practical supply chain knowledge into clear inputs that improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Use ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems at a user level to support supply chain workflows and data entry.
- Create basic demand forecasts and supply plans using real or hypothetical data.
- Develop and complete supplier scorecards evaluating cost, quality, reliability, and service.
- Analyze inventory and stock levels, identifying discrepancies, risks, and potential shortages.
- Prepare actionable supply chain reports using intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.
- Combine sourcing and purchasing knowledge to model end to end procurement scenarios.
- Document processes and communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally for technical and nontechnical audiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands on supply chain experience using leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Experience with demand planning or supplier scorecards, ideally including responsibility for monitoring supplier performance.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, demand forecasting and planning, supplier evaluation, inventory analysis, and stock level analysis.
- Intermediate Excel skills for supply chain reporting and analysis.
- Experience evaluating suppliers and managing supplier relationships through structured processes.
- Experience collaborating with Purchasing Agents or in roles that combine sourcing and procurement responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex supply chain concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently, organize work efficiently, and meet deliverables in a remote environment.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $55 to $100 per hour.
