Role Overview
Apply advanced Excel and business analysis expertise to help improve next generation AI systems through high quality, real world analytical input. You will turn complex datasets into clear insights, accurate reporting, and actionable recommendations that support data driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth analysis in Microsoft Excel to extract actionable insights for teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful analyses.
- Review, clean, and validate datasets for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Create concise reports and visualizations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Identify trends, anomalies, data inconsistencies, and opportunities within complex datasets, and implement corrective measures where needed.
- Document methodologies, results, and recommendations with close attention to detail.
- Contribute analytical expertise that strengthens data driven decision making and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven business data analysis experience using Microsoft Excel as the primary tool.
- Strong command of Excel functions, formulas, data cleaning, data validation, and visualization tools.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and support business outcomes in a fast paced, data driven environment.
- Preferred: experience providing insights to cross functional teams, presenting analytical outcomes to diverse audiences, or using additional data analysis or business intelligence tools.
Work Terms
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $40 to $55 per hour.
