Dutch Bilingual Language Evaluator for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by evaluating Dutch-language speech and providing high-quality linguistic feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on how AI models sound, reason, and perform in real-world Dutch communication. No previous AI experience is required, your Dutch-language expertise is the key qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to short Dutch audio clips and assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated speech.
• Evaluate pronunciation, grammar, and overall linguistic authenticity against native Dutch standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback on language nuances, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Document findings clearly and efficiently using project-specific tools and guidelines.
• Work with quality assurance leads to support consistent, accurate assessments.
• Maintain close attention to detail across evaluations and submissions.
• Join occasional project update sessions and respond to clarification requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch proficiency and a strong understanding of regional language variations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in language analysis or editorial work.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Comfort using online platforms to review, document, and submit assessments remotely.
• Interest in language technology and a commitment to linguistic accuracy.
• Experience in linguistic evaluation, language teaching, translation, or a related field is advantageous.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
