Polish-English Language Evaluator for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by evaluating Polish-language audio for fluency, authenticity, and linguistic quality. Your real-world language expertise will inform high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback that support stronger AI language understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio clips and assess the speaker''s or model output''s nativeness and fluency.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document evaluations in clear, concise English feedback, including relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed rationale for each assessment to support consistent, understandable results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Polish language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency, with strong spoken and written command of the language.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• A background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
