Russian Language Audio Evaluator for AI Training

Role Overview

Apply your Russian language expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems. You will evaluate Russian audio and provide clear, evidence-based feedback that supports stronger language understanding and generation. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Russian audio clips and assess speaker or model-output nativeness and fluency.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document assessments in concise English feedback, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for evaluations to support clear, consistent results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help improve AI performance in Russian language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Russian proficiency, including strong spoken and written command.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences clearly.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
