Apply your technology transactions experience to improve how advanced AI systems analyze contract language, identify risk, and support real-world legal work. This part-time opportunity centers on contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows used to train and evaluate legal AI.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback that improves performance and precision.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for consistent, rigorous assessment of AI contract work.
- Partner with product and research teams to improve data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
- Help shape how legal AI is trained, evaluated, and applied in practice.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, including negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Strong contract drafting, deal negotiation, review, and redlining capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Corporate law firm experience in M&A or fund formation for private equity firms.
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
- $90 to $150 per hour.
