Role Overview
Apply sophisticated legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world legal analysis, research, drafting, and review. This remote contract opportunity is designed for attorneys with experience at Vault Law 100 firms who have worked on complex, high-stakes legal matters. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze a range of U.S. legal topics and provide nuanced guidance.
- Conduct in-depth legal research using current, accurate information.
- Draft, review, and edit legal materials, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
- Provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with legal best practices.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities as part of content quality assurance.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of precision and attention to detail in all submissions.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law and strong academic credentials.
- Mandatory current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms, with exposure to varied practice areas.
- Demonstrated legal analysis, legal research, and legal drafting capabilities across legal subjects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including legal content review experience.
- Experience collaborating remotely and contributing to multidisciplinary projects.
- Quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation experience for legal documents is a plus.
- A demonstrated commitment to accuracy, precision, and legal best practices.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $140 to $400 per hour.
