Role OverviewYour work will help AI systems learn, reason, and perform by providing nuanced legal input across US law topics and maintaining rigorous standards for legal content.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of US law topics and provide nuanced insights and guidance.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives using current, accurate information.
- Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Assess legal texts and provide structured feedback on clarity, accuracy, and alignment with legal best practices.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
- Perform quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in legal materials.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards through meticulous attention to detail in every submission.
- Active license to practice law in the United States and strong academic credentials.
- Current or previous experience at a top-tier US law firm, including exposure to varied practice areas.
- Demonstrated strength in legal analysis, legal research, and legal drafting across multiple legal subjects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience reviewing legal content.
- Experience collaborating remotely and contributing to multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
