Apply your technology transactions expertise to improve how advanced AI systems interpret contract language, identify legal risk, and support real-world legal work. This part-time, remote contract role focuses on training and evaluating AI through practical contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Create, review, and improve contract-negotiation playbooks for varied real-world scenarios and company requirements.
- Assess AI responses to contract scenarios and provide detailed legal feedback to improve accuracy, precision, and judgment.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
- Partner with product and research teams to refine training data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- At least 3 years of Counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, APAs, and SPAs.
- Strong contract negotiation, drafting, review, redlining, and management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical ability.
- Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology, with experience working across disciplines in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.
- Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private-equity fund formation.
- Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
- $90 to $130 per hour.
